Self made baseboard, insert the core board and start error reporting

We made our own baseboard and inserted NVIDIA Agx Xavier board.
However, when starting up, the serial port will print the following information and keep printing this paragraph repeatedly.
Does anyone know why?

since it’s customize board, had you refer to Pinmux Changes session to define your board’s pinmux configuration, and apply the changes by software?
