Send command to mavlink

I’ve PIXHAWK 2.4.8 and JETSON XAVIER NX.I’m using MAVLINK protocol to connect the flight controller and the JETSON XAVIER NX. Now, i wanna know how could i send command(move copter towards left,right,up,down) to MAVLINK or JETSON XAVIER NX…!
Please help regarding this
