I am working on a custom carrier board with FPDLInk3 SerDes (DS90UB960 / DS90UB953). After switching to Jetpack 5.1, we had a lot of problems with camera’s dropping out, always the one with index 0. Could see in the traces that FrameEnd did not arrive.
After playing with the clock settings, we discovered that setting mclk_multiplier fixed the issue, but that setting er marked deprecated and not needed ?
Could you please clarify the need for that setting? Are there some other settings, that might be wrong, which then triggers a wrong calculation somewhere?
may I know what’s the output data rate, is this an issue when output data rate is greater than 1.5Gbps.?

for example,
Skew calibration is required if sensor or deserializer is using DPHY, and the output data rate is > 1.5Gbps.

did you mean others camera working fine, but only cam0 always not seeing FE after moving to JP-5.1?
