Auto exposure is controlled by Driveworks when using the DW APIs. However, we see issues since images captured on the road contain the sky with effects the exposure. Programming the ROI registers in the sensor seem to have no effect which seems to indicate DW is looking at the whole frame and is not using the statistics from the sensor. Is there way to set the ROI for driveworks?

Thanks, Yes I did see that. What I failed to mention in my post is that we are only using the DW API for image capture and colorspace conversion. We don’t want to set the ROI for object detection but for auto exposure so I don’t think this is what we are looking for.
