Shut down events with VDDIN_PWR_BAD_N and Voltage Brown out on Jetson Xavier AGX

Hi,
for the Jetson Xavier AGX module, in the datasheet is written that the power down event are:

  • Power Button (10s),
  • SW Shutdown,
  • Thermal Shutdown
  • Voltage Brown out

Although in chapter 4.5 of OEM Product design Guide is written that the VDDIN_PWR_BAD_N causes a power down event when the signal is active (Low). So the VDDIN_PWR_BAD_N signal can be used to trigger a controlled power down. Is this also valid when the module is in sleep state?

Which are the brown out voltage thresholds for the SYS_VIN_HV and SYS_VIN_MV supply rails that causes a shut down?

Thank you for your support

Hi enea.braja,

VDDIN_PWR_BAD_N is valid in sleep state.

Brown out is for SYS_VIN_MV which typical threshold is >2.5V. For SYS_VIN_HV, the range is 9V ~ 20V.
