Simultaneous use of Tensor and CuFFT may cause jamming
In one thread, Tensor 10.10+CUDA 12.6 is used for AI inference, while another thread is simultaneously creating a CUFFT plan, which may cause a stuck situation. From the stack, it seems that everyone is waiting for a lock. Has anyone encountered this before
