I’ve had this two monitor computer for over 4 years. Recently one monitor failed and while waiting for delivery of new, I changed the settings to eliminate any issues with only the one monitor.
When hooked up, had a few problems and downloaded the latest drivers (4 years!)…
Since then, my boot time has significanly increased (probably, 3-4 times longer)
I’ve monitored startup programs and nothing new appeared, but I now notice three NVIDIA programs running at all times. I’ve killed them well after startup and they don’t compromise any running.
They are NVIDIA: GeFore Experience Backend, Settings, Streamer service & User Experience Driver comp.
Are these needed? They didn’t exist before and SOMETHING is slowing boot time drastically…
I assume these are the culprits.
