Hi,
I need some help/tips for running SAP Visual Enterprise in our environment.
We have an XenServer 8.4 environment and users are running an Win11 VDI with VDA 2402 CU3 and with Nvidia A40-4Q profile, latest vgpu drivers (19.4).
When they are running SAP Visual Enterprise 9 the models are really slow, it shows 0.3 FPS, performance is terrible, choppy as….
We have other applications that works perfectly, we have also tested with “Car visualizer”, it works without any issue: https://carvisualizer.plus360degrees.com/threejs/
HDX 3D Pro is enabled and working but for some reason it’s not working for SAP? I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this.
Has anyone experienced this before, any insight or tips would be very helpful.

Allow visually lossless compression = enabled
Enable lossless = Prohibited
Extra color compression = disabled
Legacy graphics mode = disabled
Optimize for 3D Graphics workload = enabled
Preferred colour depth for simple graphics = 24 bit
Target frame rate = 60 fps
Target minimum frame rate = 20
Use vide codec for compression = for the entire screen
Visual quality = high
