socket error while trying to set up jupyter notebook environment.

currenty inside the container bash, this problem comes up while following the transfer learning documentation. Some help is appreciated.

I mistakenly thought of using the general transfer learning toolkit by Nvidia for clara model training. However the correct way is probably just pulling the clara_train docker and download models from ngc, this will give you access to MMAR where someone can find out about all the config files and scripts. Thanks :)
