[Solved] Jetson TX1 Looking for Q19 AM7321P MOSFET replacement part

Hi everyone,

I making my own carrier board for the Jetson TX1 module.
My plan is to keep the power supply side of the board similar to the reference schematic because I don’t know a lot about power supply circuitry.
The problem I have is that I can’t find a replacement part for the Q19 MOSFET AM7321P from Analog Power on Digikey.
Can anyone help me to find a similar part or have an other way to create the VDD_3V3_SLP?
