Some questions about tx2 nx encoder

I can see tx2nx datasheet is writing that “Video Encode 1x 4K60”. I don’t know how it work.
I can think two situations.
1.Time sharing multiplex.I can encode H265 H264 vp8 vp9 4k60 in order.
2.Jsut can do one. Encode H265 or H264 or vp8 or vp9 4k60.
Is it 1 or 2?

It is 2. You can do only one 4K60 encoding.
