I have read this topic and saw the solution is configuring 0x6000D700 (GPIO_CNF_7) bit 1 to 0. May I know where should I modify to set this register bit 1 to 0 ? Is devicetree or driver needed to be modified?

Hi,
No need to do that manually. Just use the pinmux spreadsheet to generate correct gpio and pinmux dts and do full flash.
