Hi, we added one codec to the sound card tegrasndt210ref, and it woked ok.
But we had a new requirement, our device board delete the codec for cost down, but We want to be compatible with both hardware with codec or without codec used the same software Image.
What should we do?

The simple method would be to maintain two DTB files where one has codec bindings and other does not. So essentially you would keep two DTB files. Based on the need you can flash with the required DTB file. You need to make changes in flash script or configuration to pick the correct DTB for your board variant.
There is no automatic way of figuring this out. This needs to be user driven.
