Sparse texture 3D example (OpenGL)

Hello. Give me example of simple sparse texture 3D creation. In OpenGL 4.5.
My GPU: GTX 970.

I want create array of triangle store (SSBO) and voxels with head indexes (Sparse Texture 3D - GL_R32UI). I also want use Conservative Rasterization. I slightly know how to make conservative depth. Also need frameBuffer and imageStore. I want to make ray traced reflections through triangles, and traverse through voxels.
