What changes have to made to the spec file to get one anchor box per featuremap in SSD ?
There is no setting in the spec. You can refer to ssd_keras/ssd_input_encoder.py at 3ac9adaf3889f1020d74b0eeefea281d5e82f353 · pierluigiferrari/ssd_keras · GitHub to compute the anchor box.
