SSL Error while building Python from sources

I’m trying to install on my Jetson Nano board (Ubuntu) a specific Python version from sources and get an error which I don’t know how to fix this. I follow manuals how to install python and I do:

And after some time I recieve:

I’ve never seen this before and there’s nothing similar over the internet.
Could it be a specific Jetson problem?

SSLV3_ALERT_CERTIFICATE_EXPIRED error looks independent to the Jetson environment.
Have you checked this with the python developer?
