# Starsolo?

The [parabricks paper](https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.07.23.666378v2.full.pdf) states:

> Its GPU-accelerated workflows extend to RNAseq analysis, leveraging tools such as STAR [25], STARsolo, and STAR-Fusion [26] for rapid and scalable transcriptomic data processin

However, the [tool reference](https://docs.nvidia.com/clara/parabricks/latest/toolreference.html) does not list STAR or STARsolo. Is STARsolo supported?

Please note that the current version is still 2.7.2a for STAR and STARSolo, so it will not have the latest features for STARsolo.
