Starting developping application for Jetson Xavier NX

Hello,
I am interested in multimedia application developement with Jetson Xavier NX. On the multimedia presentation sample application are mentionned.
Any idea where we can find them ? I went through all the NVIDIA Jetson site without finding them.
To develop application for ‘finished products’ like video recorders with real time interactions from the user what is the best langage : Python, C++ or others ?
Is there any recommended developement environment (IDE) ?

OK Thanks, what are the criteria to choose between Python or C++ ?
I have seen the shared AI projects but I am looking for the sample code exemples to start from an existing project.
