Been a long time since there were any updates and/or developments to the NVBio project. Is this effort “dead” in the sense that its been abandoned? It was very active for a while and gave us (bioinformaticists) a great lift to getting GPU and CUDA into many different projects, but now it seems to have stalled out.
Any information and/or updates would be appreciated.
