strange ICE in pgfortran (17.10 and 18.10) and flang

I get the following error message when trying to compile a code with 18.10 community edition. I get a similar error using 17.10 and the latest (Dec. 26) version of flang from the flang github site. The routine (hashmapClass.F90) and none of the modules it USEs reference the Fortran intrinsic
MINVAL so I presume the minval mentioned in the error messages is not the Fortran intrinsic. The code required to build up to the hashmapClass.F90 compile is fairly large so I can’t include it here. I have put it all in a tar file but I don’t see a way to upload it in this forum. Can someone point me to where I can upload the tar file to PGI support. Thanks.
