Streaming from Jetson TX2 with Deepstream to Azure media services

Hi ,
We currently have Jetson TX2 with Deepstream installed , we would like to have it ingested by Azure Media services that support only RTMP or Fragmented MP4.
is there a way to do that ? would the Nvidia codec sdk help us in that?

If Azure wouldn’t support that , can we use Wowza to do it?
