Hi NVIDIA Support Team,
I’m trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com, but I’m completely stuck at the phone verification step.
Account details:
- Country/Region: United States (+1)
- Phone number attempted: +1 443 299 7330
Issue:
I’ve attempted verification around 20 times over the past 20+ hours. At one point the system indicated it would send a code, but no OTP ever arrived. Now every attempt immediately returns:
“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”
I’ve disabled my ad blocker and tried multiple times since, with no change. I haven’t received any SMS at all, on this or any other attempt.
I’ve seen several other users on this forum reporting the exact same “exceeded limits” error with no OTP delivered, across many different countries, so this appears to be a broader bug rather than an issue specific to my number.
Could someone please manually verify my account, or look into why the SMS gateway isn’t delivering codes for this number?
