Support Structure for NVIDIA Grid GPUs -PSODs


We had issues with a server that went PSOD and when we called vmware they blamed it on the nvidia gpu but they dont know if its a driver or hardware issue.

Can a ticket be open directly with NVIDIA about this or do we have to go thru Dell?

Previously it’s been via the OEM you purchased the hardware.

However, it’s not possible to take out support directly for GRID.
