SV_PrimitiveID input to pixel shader causes driver crash/reset on GTS 250

Using driver 320.18. I’ve reproduced this on both Windows 7 and Windows 8. The link below is a modified sample from the DirectX SDK that reproduces the crash.

Crash still occurs with 320.49 drivers.
