For USB SS test please refer to TX1’s firsthttps://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/tx1-usbss-compliance.

For ethernet, mdio can be used to w/r register in tegra, here is the doc of Xavier which can be referred to. If want to set PHY chip, then need to check with vendor (Realtek for Nano) for the tool and method.
