Hi all,
When switching from separated mode to the embedded mode all pre-configured interfaces and ovs bridges are gone, and I can not access internet, do you know how to configure the ovs bridges to access internet? Should I redo the doca installation?

Can you check that last step there?
Note: If OVS bridges ovsbr1 and ovsbr2 are not created (ovs-vsctl show) make sure CREATE_OVS_BRIDGES="yes" in /etc/mellanox/mlnx-ovs.conf.
Is that file there? If so can you set it to yes and power cycle the server?
