Keep in mind I’m no Linux pro, but I’ve been working very hard on using Linux as my new gaming OS full time, and I’m oh so close to have it working.
I use Manjaro 5.13.8-1 (x64) on a Ryzen 9 3900x, 32gb ram. And when I go away, I shut off my TV (LG CX 55" OLED). When I come back, most of the time, the screen is completely frozen and my keyboard/mouse don’t work.
So I checked Journald and found the following: Aug 11 19:35:30 scruffy kernel: BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 0 - Pastebin.com
Sorry I couldn’t exactly run the bug report tool as the system is unusable after the bug occurs. Hopefully this system log is enough.
Once this happens I’m forced to hard reboot.
