System time unsynchronization

Hi NVIDIA,

In SW 9.0, we found the system time unsynchronized issue, especially when internet is disconnected.

Moreover, upon publishing and subscribing ROS topics, the timing issue may cause the loss of topics’ subscription.

Is there any approach to fix the problem?
