These lines mean your capture is hitting an upstream MIPI/CSI transport problem, not an ISP/Argus issue.
type:STREAM_NOVC ... status:0x00000001 = a non-VC packet-header error. One internal decode maps this to a DPHY packet-header ECC error; for CPHY the analogous meaning is both packet-header CRCs failed.
type:PHY_INTR ... status:0x00000110 = bits 8 and 4 set, i.e. RX FIFO overflow on data lane 1 and data lane 0.
So the combined interpretation is:
- the incoming CSI packet/header is getting corrupted,
- and at the same time the PHY is overflowing on both data lanes,
- which points to source-side link integrity / timing / configuration problems.
The highest-value checks are:
- lower MIPI rate or FPS and retest,
- verify lane count, lane mapping, polarity/swizzle, and DPHY vs CPHY mode all match the real sensor/deserializer setup,
- verify the transmitter sends the expected format and word count continuously,
- test with a single source / test pattern / shorter cable / cleaner SI path to separate format mismatch from signal-integrity issues.
In short: 0x1 + 0x110 is a CSI receive problem on the source/link side, with header corruption plus lane FIFO overflow.
