Tao command not found

I got this error when I restarted VS Code, still I got the nvidia-tao package installed

More, which machine and which OS did you run on?

I used the notebook that provided here (tao_tutorials/notebooks/tao_launcher_starter_kit/re_identification_net/reidentificationnet_resnet.ipynb at main · NVIDIA/tao_tutorials · GitHub) and try to do the inference on the pretrained model. I was able to pull the tao containers and when trying to do the inference my GCP VM got shut down. When I restated the VM and try to call the inference command in the terminal I got the error.
