Tegra-gpcdma slave id already in use!

hello,
my custom nx carrier board got these error when system booting up

Tegra-gpcdma 26000000.dma:slave id already in use
serial-tegra 31000000.serial:Not able to get desc for Tx

and one uart port connect to device which push out massive data to nx before nx system booting finished!

What may cause this error possibly?
Is dma full of uart dirty data?
