Tegra hte updated documentation for JP6

We are migrating to jetpack 6 and are noticing /dev/gtechip0 is missing.

The documentation for R36 seems to indicate we can still do old gte stuff,

but we only see HTE.

Is there updated documentation we can refer to?

Please read latest version of document. Rel-36.2 should not be used anymore.
