Tegra K1 32-bit boards fail when cpu temperature reaches 33C or 54C on another board

Hi

I have tegra124 or tegra k1 board. I am displaying out cpu temperature results on adb shell.
As soon as the cpu temperature reaches 33C on one of the boards, I see a kernel panic.
Also, as the cpu temperature reaches 54C on other boards, I see a kernel panic.

I believe there is something wrong with the SOC itself. Can it be verified/tested in the Santa Clara’s lab.
Our organization is local and I can easily make a visit to Santa Clara office.

From your description, "I am displaying out cpu temperature results on adb shell"that seems not released by our TK1 L4T BSP through JETPACK.
May I know what SW has been installed on the units and what is running when the panic occurs?

If facts, if the unit(s) is/are failing at those low CPU temperatures then either the SW is corrupted in an interesting way or the parts are damaged.

Besides, the fan should be running on the board, either all the time, or at least above some temp.
Have you seen it’s working?
