Tegra K1 operating lifetime

I saw very general information on the datasheet page 2 about operating lifetime of the Tegra K1.

I would like to estimate this operating lifetime for different CPU frequencies and different junction temperatures.
For instance, at which CPU frequency should I run to expect a 10 years lifetime with a CD575M with a Junction temperature of 65°C ?
Unfortunately, the datasheet gives only 2 cases per version, that are not the ones I am looking for.

Is there any data available somewhere to compute this ?

TK1 have 2 SKU:
CD575M: Tj range is -25 to 105c,lifecycle is 5 years. UC2(100% at max frequency) CPU max frequency 1.9G.
CD575MI: Tj range is -40 to 105c, lifecycle is 10 years. UC2(100% at max frequency) CPU max frequency 1.9G.
No information to calculate the life cycle based on CPU frequency and operating temperature range.

what is the maximum allowable temperature of each component (CPU, Diode, GPU, MEM, PLL, ADE, VDE) as per manufacturer specification for TK1 board?
