Is Jetpack’s Tegra_Multimedia_API available on the NVIDIA drive px2?
If so, how do I install it?

The Jetpack’s Tegra_Multimedia_API is not supported no NVIDIA DRIVE PX 2 platform, that’s due to low level API stack is different.
Please be more specific about your use cases, then we can provide the suggestions.
