I modified the device tree in the same way on jetpack4.6.2. HDMI1 and HDMI2 worked just as they did on jetpack4.4, and the problem only seems to be in 35.1.
I’m still modifying the NX system.

This seems an issue that could be reproduced on our side. We will need more time to debug.

I will give up doing some configuration in 5.0.2 for now and do dual HDMI configuration in 4.6.2. Hope you can find the problem soon.
