Did you ever try with sdkmanager? Or you always use flash.sh?
Please let sdkmanager auto detect your board type and do the flash. I don’t think it would be hardware issue happened on all 3 AGX.

I guess you used the wrong board config when running with flash.sh.
Sdkmanager uses same tool as flash.sh.
Comparing the log may help find out the clues.
