Tensor RT - Use it like a flag

Hello,

I am new to tensor RT and want to understand more.

My Question : is there an option to use this SW like a flag :

When we turn on the flag we get the effect of tensor RT , when we turn it off we just get the regular processing.

It there is an option, i will be glad to be instructed how to do it.
