TensorRT 7.1.3 on JetPack 4.6.3/ L4T 32.7.3

Hello

Is it possible to run TensorRT 7.1.3 container on Jetpack 4.6.3?
I am aware that using –runtime nvidia mounts CUDA/CuDNN/TensorRT from the host; But I am looking for a way to use a previous version of TensorRT under docker on Jetpack 4.6.3.

Sorry that there are some dependencies between BSP and the library.
Please use JetPack 4.4 to get TensorRT 7.1.3.
