My Tesla P4 is not working properly in a certain server system. It is not boosting and using max 30-36W.
nvidia smi output shows thath HW Power Brake is active. In different system power brake is not active and the card runs normally.
Is that meaning that the card is not getting enough power from the PCI bus? is there a way to maybe force that somehow so the card “negotiaties” with the PCI BUS driver on the server side?
