Tesla T4 in Workstation

We have just Assembled a Desktop Workstation (Dell Precision 7920) with Tesla T4. But System not booting with T4 GPU and it is overheating during the startup trials. Is there any suggestion ?

We have to have individual fans on each T4 in our executions.

T4 is a server class card. It is not designed to run in workstations.
