Tesla T4 status unclaimed on Ubuntu 20.04

I have 8 Nvidia Tesla T4 on one server. I am using Ubuntu Server 20.04 and I have installed Nvidia driver using latest version (460.39). I run command ‘nvidia-smi’, but it only detected 2 Nvidia Tesla T4. I run ‘sudo lshw -c display’ for 6 GPU that are not detected the status is UNCLAIMED. I am upload the bug reportnvidia-bug-report.log (2.0 MB)

Please check the system bios for an option “Above 4G decoding” or “large/64bit BARs” and enable it.

64-Bit BAR Support already enable

Please try setting kernel parameter
pci=realloc
