Mmh, not sure what’s going on but if I go fullscreen with an app, like youtube in chrome or running vmware workstation. the mouse pointer stutters if Adaptive sync is set to automatic in KDE.

Same thing happens if you set it to Always, then it stutters all the time, regardless if you’re in fullscreen or not.

But games seem to finally work, no need to disable any monitors for VRR.

UPDATE:
Got a tip to set KDE Window rules for chromium, firefox and vmware that disables VRR, it works.
So it’s not really a big issue. VRR in desktop apps is generally a bad thing even in Windows. But Windows is better at detecting real fullscreen apps properly,

Just use “Automatic” for Adaptive Sync in KDE settings.
