The driver loads normally but does not work properly

Our main control uses Xilinx’s VCK1902 evaluation board. Drive NVIDIA GPU via PCIe interface.
We can currently scan the GPU through the PCI interface. At the same time, using nvidia-open-kernel-module, all drivers are currently mounted normally and no errors are reported.
However: When calling the nvidia-smi command to detect the current environment, the kernel reports an error message as follows:
