I’ve downloaded the file “cuda_8.0.61_375.26_linux.run” several times, but Linux complained that the file was corrupted. When I checked the checksum, it doesn’t match at all.
I tried downloading “cuda-repo-ubuntu1604-8-0-local-ga2_8.0.61-1_amd64.deb”, and its checksum is perfect. So it looks to me like the “cuda_8.0.61_375.26_linux.run” file is bad on your server. Can you verify that and fix it?
I can’t use the deb file because I’m installing CUDA in an Oracle VirtualBox which doesn’t support the GPU driver itself. I just need the development environment. As I understand it I can skip the “CUDA Driver installation” part if I use the “run” file instead of the “deb” file.
Thanks.
