The fresh new orin nano dev kit failed to boot

I’m following getting started guide to setup a fresh new orin nano dev kit.
It doesn’t boot from SDXC and exits into UEFI shell.
If I enter UEFI settings it shows zero RAM and waring: “The test key detected” (image attached)
I’ve flashed 2 different cards and even tried the already working one from the old nano (just for test) but no luck.
Is it a known issue?

have you tried to re-flash it with SDK Manager?

Incidentally, the “test key” is not an error.
