The inception product details page open only one day , then could not open next day known the company profile has approval

Hi all ,

please I hope your advise and support about our application use case .

1- we apply officially apply to inception program and around 7 or 8 days got the first approve of company info .

2-then when we login the primary page convert to the below screenshot of product details .

3-as we plan to upload our products details and the MVP next day but it is give me error message you cant continue known we did not send or submit the MVP product to NVIDIA inception program ,

4- which we was lucky didn’t power-off our jeston nano orion and Firefox that is night and saved these pages as we plan upload the product details .

So who is from inception support team can help us only 30 minutes extend or solve the technical error messenger to can upload the MVP product details and to be full submit.

we already send email to them, but may be it is look there is a misunderstand regarding our application that we send the full details of the company details and product details .

known we couldn’t send the MVP product and submit to inception to as the page open only one time then not allow , and we do not whether know it is open one time .

so the mainly message trying to send to inception team simplify , that we couldn’t submit and upload MVP and product details and inception team did not view it at all .
