The interface cudaStreamCreateWithFlags on Jetson AGX Orin returns error code 46

The error log is shown in the picture, and we have also observed that the memory is sufficient on Linux.

You may get better help by asking on a Jetson forum. I think there are multiple possible reasons for this, here is one. You can find other write-ups/situations with a bit of searching.
