The lowest frame rate to keep the pipeline alive

• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only) 5.02
• TensorRT Version 8.4

I am running a deepstream pipeline via a RTSP source.
To keep the pipeline alive, I need to keep pushing the stream using ffmpeg.
I want to know what is the lowest frame rate to keep the pipeline alive.
