may I know which port you’re using? did you use the Type-A USB port, or it’s convert by others?

please also access Jetson AGX Xavier Developer Kit User Guide, may I know which port you’re using? i.e. J507, J512, J513?
did your peripheral devices power-on (such as infared mouses) when plug into the USB ports? or, it simply looks like disconnected?
